NAFTA was a partner of the international conference in Turkey

Parallel events started with the opening ceremony, attended almost 1000 participants and energy companies from more than 30 countries around the world. As part of the Turkey Energy Summit (TES), a representative of our company, Ing. Ladislav Goryl, director of the underground gas storage division of NAFTA and participants at both prestigious conferences, could participate in the presentation about the strategic importance of underground storage for Turkey´s gas market and possibilities of underground gas storage development in Turkey. The presentation focused on important roles of gas storage, as the most effective tool of flexibility and security of supply for the Turkish market. Offered an overview of storage capacities across some gas developed regions, status of underground gas storage in Turkey and analysed it´s potential for further development.

 The summit brings the entire energy sector together creating an ambience for discussions on current subjects between the delegates. Having a unique exhibition area for the companies to present products and new technologies, it is carried out with the participation of important guests from the energy and gas industries. In addition, it has raised the possibility of increasing interest for domestic and foreign investors.
