Public consultation on the amended Rules of Operation setting out the business conditions for access to and use of the gas storage facility of NAFTA a.s.
In accordance with the wording of §19a of Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy, NAFTA a.s. as a storage operator hereby publishes for public consultation the draft of the amended Rules of Operation setting out the business conditions for access to and use of the storage facility of NAFTA a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules of Operation").
The need for the proposed changes resulted mainly from application practice, as the Rules of Operation were last amended in 2015.
The draft amendments to the Rules of Operation reflect changes resulting from legislation development, formal adjustments and modernization of individual institutes, such as the electronic communication and the transfer of some important provisions from the Technical Conditions directly into the Rules of Operation with the aim to make the Rules of Operation more comprehensive and easier to understand.
Duration of public consultation: from 28.11.2023 to 11.12.2023.
